Principle: It typically features a direct-pull diaphragm structure. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, which attracts the valve core to move against the spring force, enabling the valve to close or open, thereby controlling the on-off of the fluid. When the power supply to the coil is cut off, the valve core returns to its original position under the action of the spring force, restoring or cutting off the fluid passage. There are two switching modes available: normally closed and normally open. For the normally closed type, it opens when energized and closes when de-energized. For the normally open type, it closes when energized and opens when de-energized.
Scope of Application: It is applicable to the automatic control of various fluid media such as water, oil, and air. It can be used in pipeline systems that can start under zero pressure difference, such as fluid conveying pipelines in industrial production, the control of water flow in water treatment equipment, and some pneumatic systems with high requirements for fluid on-off control.

Principle: It combines the functions of manual operation and electromagnetic control. Under normal circumstances, the opening and closing of the valve can be controlled by energizing or de-energizing the electromagnetic coil, achieving automatic control. In case of an emergency or when manual intervention is needed, the position of the valve core can be directly controlled through the manual operation mechanism, without being affected by the electromagnetic coil. This ensures that the valve can still be operated even when there are faults in the electrical system.
Scope of Application: It is similar to the 2W series plastic valve. However, due to its manual operation function, it is more suitable for some scenarios where higher safety and reliability are required. For example, in a fire protection system, when the electrical control part malfunctions, the staff can manually operate the valve to ensure the supply of fire-fighting water. In some important industrial production processes, if the automatic control system encounters problems, the manual function can also be utilized to maintain the basic operation of production or carry out emergency treatment.
